Well i live in LA and I rarely go to Russia.
And I generally don't get out much.
So if I managed to see two of them while on my one week trip there, that's gotta tell you something.

actually you know what...even better idea...invest the 8 million dollars in the market (not the US though cuz its all going to hell right now..)..perhaps switzerland....wait to get a profit of 8 million dollars (or in euros) and then buy yourself this car....isnt that better...lol
