in the bench press he does it the hard way, he keeps his elbows out,
so the chest does the work,
he wasnt getting max leverage, like when you keep your elbows in, and still did over 500lbs

The same effect whether you use protein shakes or not. In short creatine gets stored in your muscles to be later used for energy when you lift...protein is necessary for muscle building/repair.....protein is more important than creatine.
