What's happening at that scene is typically what the killer/killing object is further doing to Fiona's corpse.

Well, just like Fiona has costumes, Hewie does, too. He standard look is a white German Sheppard. An alternate is a more common brown German Sheppard who's stronger, but starts out closer to disliking Fiona and sometimes attacks her and listens less frequently. The third is a stuffed German Shepard which makes Hewie immortal and is very cute.
