I'm so confused, other vids explain it way different, such as pushing off and not doing anything with the legs but keeping them spread, yet when they do it, it still looks the same as this one. This vid explains using the legs more, what's the easiest way to do a windmill?

this is like the 2nd part of learning mills. every other video shows how to do 1 rotation but u focus on teaching how to do continuous mills. YOU ROCK!
