davids having a laugh and playing up to a character which all of them are doing really - though davids was more marmite in this case and noel and russel were the 'loveable' ones.

You do realise that the reason Russell and Noel come across as so likable is because their outlaws characters are being validated by Bryson/Walliams playing the opposing role. It wouldn't work otherwise.

fair enough kid if you liked how they bounced off each other coolness it just didn't do it for me I enjoy what I enjoy I just thought their side of the joke got a bit stale and played out they were trapped in that persona and for ME it ran out outta steam and got a bit shrill I get what you're saying I just don't agree anyway great show

haha... russel and noel rule.. infact they all do. Except the woman.. she contributed nothing at all. why don't they ever havea female comedian on instead of some random hot celebrity? Ronni Ancona would be great... and she is hot as well, so, two birds.

You are right if all the teams played like Noel and Russell it wouldn't have worked. But I find them both very likeable when there is no Brydon and Walliams around so I dont believe its the only reason they come off likeable at all. they have a charm and cheeky sense of fun. They work well together. They would be lovable whoever else was on the show.
