i will start lifting the bar up, and my back starts to hurt (i wouldnt say 'hurts', but it feels like my lower (not upper) back is doing the lifting work and not my legs - is this bad?!?!)
please help!!
but maybe your back could be rounded and not strait
or maybe if you are new you arent used to the excercise motion because you will feel it a little bit in the back so im thinking bend your legs more and if that dosent help put a video and maybe it would be more apparent
