I hear that. The sad truth is that if America was as committed to stopping the takeover of Russia as it was with winning WWI, there wouldn't have been a WWII or Cold War. We had troops in Russia with other Allies as peace keepers and they got pulled out. If Wilson took on a more offensive stance and wage real war on the Communists, they wouldn't have won the Russian Civil War, and then there wouldn't have been a Chinese Civil War, or Korean War, or Vietnam War, and so on.
