This is true, when you have learned to meditate. For the beginners its best to focus on your breathing and the awarness, yourself and the immidiate surroundings. When youve become proffecient and feel comfotable, become one with the universe. YOU MUST OPEN YOUR THIRD EYE BEFORE MEDITATION, AND you becoming one with the universe.
