Chi Kung literally means 'training/invoking chi'
Tai Chi (Tai chi chuan) is a martial art, although some forms now have their main focus on health. 'Tai Chi' means the same as yin/yang theories of taoism. It is about the harmony of opposites and part of this is the relationship between movement/will and breath, which is where they're is some overlap between tai chi chuan and chi kung.
Tai chi chuan has its own chi kung exercises.
I got the above link from wikipedia and I have been practising according to those drawings for like a month !! Please can anyone tell me what's wrong??
Anyway each form is pretty valuable, both static (12 postures) and dynamic (this vid)
