It's not a check point. The police have simply stopped someone on the hard shoulder. As often happens the car drivers watch them instead of the road. Think 'Ruminants driving cars', and you get the picture. Nothing more dangerous for us bikers than car drivers. You're all fucking lethal.

I would say its the car drivers fault,they dont seem to care your on 2 wheels and treat you as another car,the car driver was way too close to the bike and i agree the driver was probably gawping at the police car instead of the road,my message to all you that drive cars is STOP TRYING TO BULLY US and GIVE US SOME FOOKING ROOM

The "lifesaver" left shoulder check. I don't ride bikes, I drive cars a lot though. I understand how difficult it is to judge speed in your mirror with a quick glance and I'm guessing that's what the rider did here.

Not all car drivers are 'fucking lethal', just like not all bikers are idiots - you can't tar everyone with the same brush.

No not all of us, I have lost to many people I loved in motor bike related accidents or from stupidity, and it hurts deep within knowing they still could be here today, car drivers need to be more aware and stay a safe distance behind them...buy the way I have witnessed several asshole bike riders too, doing fucked up things and monos up the road at high speeds so it goes both ways, dont you agree?

Do you ever drive on the highway? Yes all lanes are the same speed but everyone uses the passing lane(Left lane) As the "fast lane" If your not going to do atleast the speedlimet then you stay to the two rightlanes, people who traval faster normaly stay in the left lane. In Canada the highway speed limet is normaly 100km but almost everone dose 120km and stays in the left lane. So yes, Even though it is not supose to be, there is a "fast" lane.

The biker pulled in front of the car. Just click pause and play then pause again quickly and you can see each frame. The biker was on the right side and merged right in front of the car and got whacked. He's lucky he went into the ditch and didn't get his body ran over, I say he probably survived since he has his helmet on, must have hurt like a son of a bitch though.
