Trust me, I think everyone is fair game. But more importantly I think comedians should get credit for their humor and some unfunny mexican taking humor from the greats and bastardizing it is not funny.
Further that moment was completely unlulzy. I've seen babies fall down stairs with a bigger comedic value.
Try looking up some Eugene Mirman or Dimitri Martin.

I never claimed the jokes as mine, he gets paid to tell other people's jokes and doesn't attribute that they thought of it.

It has nothing to do with his race, in fact all he does is degrade people and stereotype to get cheap laughs, hoping someone is going to laugh and if not then he'll just call them unamerican for not.
I can prove to you he doesn't write his own shit. It's called a writing staff and all TV shows have them. He even said on air he doesn't think he's funny but he can tell something in a way that is.
That means he can be loud and deliver a punchline. Making him equal to a singing wall bass.
