The scene in the opening titles where Touche is knocking swords with a bolt of lightning is hilarious and is even more of a hoot when you realize this cartoon has no other scenes like that, causing you to realize that the lightning-jousting was a grandiose delusion in the mind of the central character! Yep!!

Why would the villain tell touche turtle what he's planning to steal and where he's going to steal it from? LOL
