That must've been some bowl of cornflakes!!! I suggest you look again, Ice particles do not stop over storms or emerge from earths atmosphere (1:20) then proceed to travel away from the earth. Nor do they estimate at 2 miles width. You can quite clearly see several small objects in orbit around earth, which are most likely to be satellites. You can gauge the size of these larger objects against those. It's a rare piece of footage that shouldn't be dismissed as simply as stating ICE particles.
