So this came from Valtiel's Silent Hill site, which thankfully has listed that info at the end of the clip or I surely would have forgotten! Anyways, I'm glad it's much higher quality than my recordings were, besides, by the time I got to this point in the game my camera ran out of batteries,

By the way, since I've been receiving endless questions on it; You have to play through the game TWICE to get this costume. On the SECOND play, when you go to the Apartment World for the FIRST time, go to Eileen's room and get the nurse outfit. Then FINISH the second time and MAKE SURE EILEEN SURVIVES. Then on the third play, BEFORE YOU START THE GAME you will be given a new option on the menu to dress Eileen in her nurse outfit. She will not be wearing it until she changes for the party about halfway through. That is all, thank you and good luck.
