I thought Tim was awesome as the Phantom when I saw him while working for a venue, he had the right amount of anger and just a touch of crazy that many of the phantoms seem to lack, this doesn't seem to be his best performance, except night after night singing is bound to have an off night. :D

Well I don't think he is the first person to play two leading roles. I know that in the original cast of Phantom (Steve Barton, Sarah Brightman and Michael Crawford) Steve Barton who played Raoul also played the Phantom...there are videos of him on here, actually. Also John Cudia and Hugh Panaro have both started out as Raoul and then moved onto the role of the Phantom.

I just saw The Phatom of the Opera on Broadway yesterday, and Tim Martin Gleason was the Phantom. All I have to say is one word about Tim's portrayal of the phantom. Actually, he is beyond words! Fantastic is the only word that even comes close to it! He was great!! After the show, I was even lucky enough to get his autograph! He is so nice!
