the local conditions determined the orders, like a general who tells his army to attack, he needs a "reason" to encourage his soldiers, and Muhammad's reason was faith. Faith applies differently in religions: christians faith is applied with suffering, crucification, compassion, pity, etc.. Islam faith applies with courage, justice, strenght, equality, etc.. I'll try to be polite here, though I must admit even the most vulgar of answers will not match the disrespectful response of this Sheikh. But a very neutral point.
