Various radio calls/ads from 102.7FM WBMX,107.5WGCI and 90.5 WCYC.They range from 1983-1986/87.4:08-5:49 was the first mix I ever recorded and I still have the tape which is featured in this video.I remember it like it was yesterday-I was 12 years old listening to it full volume through my headphones at home.I didn't know much about the music but I loved what I was hearing and continued to listen to it.I'm glad I was around to live and be a part of the Chicago House music era.I always looked forward to listening/recording hot mixes on Fri. & Sat. nights with DJ's like Julian "Jumpin" Perez,Bad Boy Bill,Kenny "Jammin" Jason,Mike "Hitman" Wilson,Ralphi "Rockin" Rosario,Mickey "Mixin" Oliver,etc..

Thank you so much!! seems like only yesterday I had those tapes too - I cannot believe I dont have any of them today! I used to sit by my radio for the lunch mixes, buy new tapes every Saturday to get the Saturday Night Live, aint no jive 5 hour mixes..them were the days!

could somebody please tell me what does the speaker say in the second 00:32 ¿? Something like Jack in tha house? I listened it in another session by Frankie Knuckles also at WBMX, but in this case the man said something like "Jacking of tha house" :S and in other cases the man said sth like "jamming the house" (Sorry but I don't understand english too well) And the most important thing...could you also tell me which is it's significance? Thank you very much. Greetings from Spain :)

Holy Sh*T! This brings back tons of memories! In fact, I have over 100s and 100s of hours recorded mixes from 102.7 FM WBMX on tapes too! What a wonderful time. I missed those days.
